The cable car tour for more advanced mountain bikers. With the help of three cable cars, you discover a diverse trail offer that includes some tricky sections. Especially the trail from Obere Stutz to Oberbort and the final Simmegrund trail require good line choice.
The trails on the Rinderberg and Wispile are often also used by hikers, especially in good weather. Make sure to ride the trails as early as possible (9:30 - 10:45) or late (15:30 - 16:30) to have the most fun. Use considerate riding behavior and observe the "Share the trail" rules. The trails in the Lauenensee area are located within the nature reserve Gelten–Iffigen. Particular care must be taken when riding here. As always, the rule is: ‘Don’t skid, don’t take shortcuts!’
Many sections with large obstacles such as boulders and large roots. Many hairpin and off-balance turns. Slippery surface and talus. Gradient above 70%. Constant concentration and very good bike control and balance needed.
