Description
Easy-going bike trail from Wiler through the entire Lötschental Valley to Goppenstein, passing the Ferden reservoir.
The route through the Lötschental valley floor is technically easy, but nevertheless scenic. The route takes you leisurely through forests, across meadows and along streams and the Ferden reservoir.
Difficult sections
Smaller obstacles like roots and small stones that can be ridden over. Soil may be loose in places and there may be erosion damage. Tight turns, but no hairpin turns. Gradient up to 40%. Riding requires care and attention, but no special skill.
