Trail No. 13 - Navizence

A lovely loop through the heart of the valley, with the Navizence River as a backdrop

Vissoie From Vissoie, head down toward the soccer field. From the campground, continue along the road that climbs slightly, then take a small path that branches off to the left toward Fang. After a short descent, take the paved road leading toward Vissoie. Follow this road, which leads to the Vissoie hydroelectric power plant. After crossing the bridge, follow the small dirt road that runs alongside the Navizence River until you reach the Camping du Pont d’Anniviers. Cross the first bridge, then a second bridge a little further on. The road then climbs back up toward Mission and passes through the village. Just before reaching the cantonal road, take the small path that branches off to the left. At Les Morands, the path joins the cantonal road, and by following this road to Vissoie, you’ll complete this route, which is accessible to everyone. Vissoie
