Refreshing moments by the stream, feel-good moments in a beautiful valley and a wonderful view of Gstaad – the ideal route for connoisseurs and ...
The leisurely route starts in Gstaad and initially follows the Louwibach and later the Turbachbach along to the village centre of Turbach. Here a visit to the small terrace of the Restaurant Sunne-Stübli is recommended; a small refreshment on the bike route should not be missed. The next section passes typical chalets and green meadows to the Wintermatte alp, the gateway to Turbach, in the Heuberg valley. It is also wonderful to linger here.
The return journey initially takes the same route. Shortly after Turbach you cross the stream and change to the other side of the valley. On the return to Gstaad via Bissen, a short break is recommended to enjoy the magnificent view.
Challenging in places - but rarely difficult. Previous experience helpful.
