La Gentiane restaurant welcomes you in a friendly mountain atmosphere.
With a desire to “bring life back to the village” throughout the year, and to enliven the charming site of Les Menthières on weekends, Sandy and Boris look forward to welcoming you warmly around their table. They offer carefully prepared “home cooking”, including convivial dishes such as traditional raclette, Swiss fondue and malakoff, all made with quality local produce. What's more, to make every moment even more pleasurable, we offer evening musical entertainment to accompany your meal. An ideal place to enjoy good food in a friendly, festive atmosphere!

Open every day when the resort is open.
The bar-restaurant area welcomes you from 6pm on Friday evening to 6pm on Sunday evening. Open from 9am on Saturday and Sunday mornings for a coffee or aperitif.
During the winter season, the restaurant is open every day during the school vacations, depending on the opening of the ski resort. In summer, La Gentiane is open every day from July 1 to the end of August, to welcome hikers on the GTJ route, who are offered overnight accommodation and half-board.
