Welcome to the summit of the Glacier 3000 facilities in Les Diablerets. Located on the Scex Rouge terrace at over 3,000 meters above sea level, the restaurant Le Carnotzet welcomes you for a gourmet break in a fabulous setting!

Le Carnotzet offers 70 indoor and 70 outdoor seats. From June onwards, it is open from Friday to Tuesday, weather permitting. Enjoy attentive table service and delicious local cuisine. As indoor seating is limited, reservations are not available – first come, first served!
