Grimoire Cuisine is a food truck and event catering service based in Gex, specializing in creative, homemade cuisine with medieval influences. Deeply committed to local ingredients, it creates original recipes that change with the seasons, always using local produce. Its approach is immersive: each dish tells a little story from the Middle Ages through its flavors and presentation.
Whether for weddings, themed festivals, or private parties, Grimoire Cuisine offers a custom service that is elegant, delicious, and rich in historical significance.
The food truck is on site three days a week near the cross-country ski trails.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us at least 3 days before your event (for up to 10 people) and one to two weeks in advance (for 11 to 40 people).
