5. Zinal: Rando Park / Marmotte

Direction: the Marmotte refreshment hut, from the village of Zinal, an ascent of about 1,000 m elevation gain.

This hike of almost 1,000 m ascent is the best way to reach the Grimentz-Zinal ski area from the village of Zinal. This beautiful climb, with a magnificent view of the stunning 4000 m peaks of the Imperial Crown, will lead you to the Marmotte refreshment hut. Part of the route is close to the ski area. Be attentive!
