Bisse de Savannes Bellecrête - Vercorin

This loop starting from Vercorin takes you to the heights of the village by following the bisse de Savanne. It also includes an educational trail.

This trail along the bisse de Savanne towards Tsabloz takes you to the heights of the village. An educational trail, part of the themed trails from Chalais to Chalets, named from Chalais to Chalets passing by the beehives, was developed in 2014 and presents the bee in general, beekeeping, and apitherapy. To reach the trail start from Vercorin, a small effort is needed to climb the Chemin de Tracuit with an elevation gain of 130 m (approx. 20 min). Afterwards, you will follow the bisse de Savanne, surrounded by greenery and forest, passing beneath the Vercorin-Crêt du Midi gondola. Throughout the route, you can admire the beauty and charm of the village of Vercorin from its heights. Once you reach the end of the bisse de Savanne and arrive at the intersection, take a right to finally reach the village of Vercorin, discovering its different neighborhoods that make its charm.
