The Bodmen forest path is a beautiful and pleasant path located in the midst of a larch forest between Saas-Fee and Saas-Almagell. The path is ideal for leisurely walks. Along the way, you come across the Waldhaus Bodmen, which with a small animal zoo captures the hearts of children. Throughout the entire path, impressive views of Saas-Grund and the Saastal valley as well as the Bietschhorn pyramid can be discovered.
The path is easily walkable from both sides. In Saas-Fee, the route starts and ends at the panoramic bridge. Immediately after the bridge, the path branches off to the northeast and follows a still paved road. In Saas-Almagell, the route starts/ends at the weaving studio at the end of the bridge after the mini golf course. The respective start or endpoint can be reached by post bus or via other routes such as the chapel path.
