Description
The snow-covered Lake Bretaye is the destination of this family trail at 1,800 m.
Bretaye - Lac de Bretaye
From the Bretaye train station, you reach the beginning of the tour of the Bretaye lake after a few hundred metres, passing between the chalets of the hamlet of Bretaye.
During this walk, you pass at the foot of the Grand Chamossaire, the highest peak in Villars, and admire the Petit Chamossaire on the north-western slope.
After this walk, several restaurants and snacks await you for a relaxing moment with a view of the Alpes Vaudoises.
