Description
Golf - Ensex with snow-shoe
Take the train from Villars towards Bretaye and get off at the Golf stop (the third stop). From Villars Golf Club, make your way to the restaurant, then follow the trail towards the hamlet of Ensex, nestled on the slopes of the Chaux-Ronde massif, in the direction of Col de la Croix. Take care when crossing a ski slope.
You can return along the same route, with a gourmet break at the Villars Golf Club Restaurant, where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains stretching all the way to Mont Blanc.
For a longer adventure, more experienced walkers can continue from Ensex to Villars via the Col de la Croix road, sharing the route with cross-country skiers and hikers.
