Description
A pleasant climb through forests and clearings to Les Fers, offering beautiful views of the surrounding peaks. Descend via the same route. Please note: some sections are shared with skiers.
Starting from the ski lifts, this hike takes you through magnificent winter landscapes. The path winds its way through snow-covered forests, bright glades and old wooden chalets.
The climb is gentle but steady, offering superb views of the surrounding countryside.
After your exertions, you arrive at the Restaurant des Fers, where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Alps while savouring a hot drink. A perfect hike for recharging your batteries in the open air. The return journey is via the same route.

- This route starts from the ski lift car park (paying).
Access by public transport
- Access the start of the route by public transport with the free Leysin shuttle bus, getting off at the ‘Télécabine Berneuse’ stop on line 171.
