Tseuzier Lake

An emerald-blue lake set against a majestic backdrop. Lake Tseuzier can be reached from Anzère via the Bisse de Sion or the Bisse d’Ayent. For those who prefer a less strenuous option, it can also be reached by PostBus or by car. The walk around the lake is an easy stroll offering breathtaking scenery. Allow around 1½ hours to walk around the lake. Along the way, you’ll come across the Gîte de Lourantze, a charming establishment where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or even stay the night. On the road leading there, don’t miss the magnificent waterfalls by the side of the path. At the foot of the dam, the Tseuzier Dam restaurant serves carefully prepared, seasonal cuisine.
