This snowshoeing hike is a loop in the forest located at the level of the intermediate station of the Vercorin-Crêt du Midi gondola, at Sigeroulaz.
This snowshoe trail is a loop located at the level of the intermediate station of the gondola, at Sigeroulaz. This route crossing forest and clearings is the ideal route for a small outing in the snow. Once the effort is finished, stop at Restaurant l'Etable. 2.6 km long with a positive elevation gain of 120m, this path is accessible to everyone. No need for much experience to put on snowshoes on this trail.

Transport
To reach Vercorin by car, take the A9 motorway exit named "Sierre ouest". At the motorway exit, take the first roundabout exit towards Chalais. Once in Chalais, take the road towards "Vercorin". The drive takes about 20 minutes from the motorway exit.
A good alternative to the mountain road is also the cable car from Chalais (free parking) which reaches Vercorin in 7 minutes. Free shuttle buses run between the cable car and the ski lifts.
