The 2.1 km circular route lies idyllically in the forest above Leukerbad and is ideal for a full-body workout in the fresh air. Between roots and larches, 15 varied stations await, with simple exercises targeting different muscle groups.
The exercises can be individually adapted or repeated. Those who wish can use the circuit for moderate jogging with training breaks, others complete it as a pure strength course. The natural surroundings also provide mental relaxation – a true health path for body and mind.
