Description
A short walk brings you to the Fondue Hüttli, where you can enjoy a delicious fondue from your backpack, protected from wind and rain.
From the village center of Schönried, you can follow the signpost towards Rellerli. After 50 meters altitude gain and a 20-minute walk, you reach the [Fondue Hüttli Bodmen](https://www.gstaad.ch/planen-buchen/poi/detail/fondue-huettli-bodmen) on the right side. Those who want to extend their hike before or after the fondue can do so via Rellerli and Grossi Vorschess in about 3 hours. It accommodates up to eight people and cannot be reserved.
Access by bike or mountain bike is possible.
Direct car access to the Fondue Hüttli is not possible.
Transport
The Gstaad holiday region lies in the southwest of Switzerland directly on the border to the French-speaking part of the country. The region is easily accessible by train or car from the Thun Lake area, the Geneva Lake area, and the Gruyère region. Direct connections to the European high-speed train network and to all international airports in Switzerland guarantee a time-saving and comfortable arrival.
