Trail des Cabanes No. 6 - Zinal

Explore a magnificent setting of alpine landscapes.

Starting from Zinal, you’ll reach nearly all the mountain huts at the bottom of the valley via a trail that, in some places, can be challenging but is absolutely stunning. You’ll hike through a magnificent array of alpine landscapes.

Zinal From Zinal, head to the Sierre-Zinal trail and follow it in the opposite direction up to the Lirec mountain pasture.

Then take the Arolles Trail, which is marked along the route, and follow the path to the Tracuit hut. From there, head to the Arpitettaz hut via the Col de Milon, then descend to the Petit Mountet hut.
