Trail du Bisse - St-Luc

A refreshing route, through the forest and along the bisse

This enchanting route through the forest will allow you to train sheltered from the too-strong sun.

Saint-Luc Start from the St-Luc funicular towards "Prilet" via the cow meadows. From there, the route climbs to Gillou (up to 1,829m altitude) on the path leading to the Hôtel Weisshorn. At this altitude, turn left and follow the Bisse Roux, which features a series of small ascents and descents in the forest. After a short descent and crossing a wooden bridge, find the Grand Bisse de St-Luc. This will lead you to the Pierre des Sauvages above the village of St-Luc. From there, tackle the steep descent that will take you back to the village. Finally, from the village, return to the funicular to end your outing. Saint-Luc
